As a result, we dispatch all of our orders through TCS Pakistan. You may rest assured that we will do everything necessary to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

 

How will my parcel be sent?

All our orders are packed and shipped with TCS Pakistan within 24 hours of order being placed on our website, Orders are sent cash on delivery for our customers convenience.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

An email will be sent to you within 24 hours of dispatch with your tracking number.

Help! I haven’t received my parcel, what should I do?

Please get in touch with us within 30 days of placing your order, and we'll do everything we can to assist you. TCS items that have not been received can frequently be located at the local sorting office, ready to be picked up. If not, we can follow the TCS's specific procedure in the event of a missing parcel.
